Horizon

The Horizon installation system has seen more testing and a few more reliability and correctness fixes.

Packaging

Max Rees (sroracle@) fixed an issue in gettext-tiny that caused some builds to fail. They also updated many packages to their latest versions and fixed security issues, including updating Qemu to 4.2.0. They also fixed an issue in LVM that could cause a crash.

A. Wilcox (awilfox@) updated KDE Plasma to 5.18.3.
