General discussion

The mailing list server has been moved to our dedicated Power9 server on Integricloud. Our master mirror server, mirrormaster, has also been moved to Integricloud. Both systems are running Adélie 1.0-BETA2 and are 100% libre down to the mainboard firmware!

The docs metapackage has been fixed on systems that use adelie-core instead of adelie-base as their anchor package.
