Packaging

awilfox@ has finished the font overhaul project, bringing 9 more font packages. They also added Qt 5’s Speech component, allowing Adélie to support text-to-speech in some applications.

KDE Frameworks has been bumped to 5.54.0, and KDE Applications has been bumped to 18.12.2.

The fortify-headers package was determined to cause many false positive build failures, and has been removed.
